Gamepoint proudly presents the Gamepoint Badminton Double Trouble 2nd Edition, a premier badminton competition designed for players of all skill levels. This tournament follows a League-cum-Knockout format, ensuring every team gets ample opportunity to compete and showcase their talent. Get ready for intense rallies, thrilling matches, and an unforgettable badminton experience!
Groups: 8 (or 4) groups, each with a maximum of 4 teams.
Match Format: Single 21-point set.
Qualification: Top team from each group advances to the Knockout Stage.
Tie Rules:
If the score reaches 20-20, the Golden Point Rule applies – the next point decides the winner.
If two or more teams have the same record, the head-to-head result determines the top team.
Match Format: Best of 3 sets, each set played to 21 points.
Tie Rules:
If the score reaches 20-20, the Deuce Rule applies – a team must win by 2 points.
Tournament starts at 10:00 AM onwards.
Fixtures & Schedules:
Fixtures & schedules will be shared by 06:00 PM on Saturday, 19 April 2025.
No changes will be made to the fixtures & schedule upon a team/player’s request.
Players must report at least 30 minutes before their first match and remain available unless eliminated.
Match Delays:
Teams delayed beyond 5 minutes will forfeit the match to the opponent.
Players participating in multiple categories must accommodate match delays; some may have to play back-to-back matches with a maximum 15-minute break.
Player Requirements:
All players must carry valid Identity Proof.
Players must wear sportswear and bring their own gear (shoes, racquets). Rentals are available at the center.
Tournament Rules:
The decisions of umpires and referees are final and binding.
Players are responsible for their own safety and, by registering, agree to the standard tournament terms & conditions.
Gamepoint reserves the right to modify dates/format, alter/scrap a category, or change rewards if required, with due communication.

Yes, a registration can be canceled before 6:00 PM on Thursday, 17 April 2025, by writing to gamepoint@nplay.in. The registration amount will be refunded within 5 business days after deducting a 5% cancellation charge.
